Step One: Get the Latest Update
If you are experiencing problems with HyperStudio Player, the first thing to do is to make sure you have installed the latest free update. Just go to the main Software MacKiev Web site (www.mackiev.com), follow the links to Support, and choose HyperStudio Player from the Products pop-up menu.
Step Two: Check the Help menu
Many common questions can be answered right away by consulting built-in help. Anytime you have HyperStudio Player open, have a look in the Help menu. You will see menu items for built-in help and a link to an online Technical Support site.
Step Three: Contact Technical Support
If you cannot solve your problem using steps 1 and 2 above, you can send your problem to our technical support experts. Go to the main Software MacKiev Web site (www.mackiev.com), follow the links to Support, and choose HyperStudio Player from the Products pop-up menu. On the page that appears, scroll to the bottom and click the link to "Technical Support Request". Our goal is to answer all technical support questions within 24 - 48 hours, even on weekends.
