Podcasts can be played on your computer (Mac or PC) or on video iPods.
Pros: Plays with udio and video.
Cons: You either need a vidoe iPod or you need to have iTunes istalled on yourr Mac or PC.

Flash allows for interactively but you must have high speed internet connection
Pros: Interactive, streaming video, embedded movies and animations.
Cons: Large files size
