MRI Community
This community includes courses for students who are interested in working in the fields of history, literature, fine arts, practical arts, health sciences, pure science, and applied science or engineering. This community provides core subjects and electives that focus on helping students develop skills to be competitive in the global society of the 21st century. This community is highly competitive at SHS and keeps students competitive in colleges and universities around the nation.

Class schedules will be created based on a modified block schedule for the 2007-2008 school year.

Most academic classes available On-Level, Honors, or Advanced Placement Level
To allow for more flexibility within a student’s schedule we highly recommend students take Life Management Skills, Personal Fitness, at least one foreign language and at least one math credit prior to entering high school.
