2005 East Coast Canoe & Kayak Festival - My two sons, my neighbor and I drove to Charleston, SC for this yearly event.

Panther Island - One of my favorite kayaking destinations in Florida, this island is located in the Ten Thousand Islands Aquatic Preserve just north of Everglades National Park on our west coast.

Cedar Key - Located in the west coast panhandle, Cedar Key has three primitive islands 3 miles off shore. My son and I led a trip for the UF Outdoor club.

Isle Royale National Park - In 2007 my son and I, along with my neighbor, paddled 120 miles circumnavigating this island located 20 miles off Thunder Bay, Canada.
